  1. 01

    What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information that Next Episode, Inc. receives through this website. It does not cover information collected under a separate agreement with a client organisation.

  2. 02

    What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: company name, your name, email address, an optional telephone number, the subject you select, and your message.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, sensitive personal information, identification numbers, or confidential material belonging to a third party.

  3. 03

    Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to hold the resulting correspondence. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

  4. 04

    Cookies and analytics

This site sets one cookie, and only if you use the language switch: it records which language you chose so that the site does not override it on your next visit. It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking.

The site currently runs no advertising, no third-party tracking scripts, and no cross-site profiling.

  5. 05

    Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We use service providers for hosting and email delivery, which necessarily process your submission in order to transmit and store it. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose.

  6. 06

    Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards so that we can pick up where we left off. After that they are deleted.

  7. 07

    Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and we will act on it.

  8. 08

    Security

Submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it in order to reply.

  9. 09

    Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be described in the page itself rather than absorbed silently.
